Our organization was born out of a desire to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in East Tennessee. Inspired by the legacy of our founder, Barbara Jean Sheets (aka Mama Jean), we are dedicated to providing essential resources, support, and opportunities for growth to those in need.

Our journey began with a simple mission: to empower individuals and families to thrive. From hosting back-to-school drives to providing scholarships for higher education or vocational training, we are committed to addressing the immediate needs of our community while also fostering long-term self-sufficiency and resilience.

But our work doesn't stop there. We envision a future where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential and achieve self-sufficiency. Through initiatives focused on education, economic stability, and community empowerment, we're building a stronger, more vibrant community for all.
